I have authorized the ops to outright deny CS's in the Wayside if players significantly alter the character's CS during the review process. When players make significant changes, the CS must be treated as if it were a NEW CS, rendering all old replies/reviews useless and it clogs up the forums.
Characters in the Chaos Rift (Crit forum) can be changed around as much as you'd like because that is the forum where changes are appropriate for getting a character -ready- for the Wayside.
If you are unsure if your character will pass the test of scrutiny, please post it in the Crit Zone, and it will be moved to the Wayside when an op deems it appropriate.
