I updated rule #4 which specifically lists the GOD test. Originally it said that we suggest "under 30" but some nitpicking newbs decided that means they shouldn't try since they're obviously above our suggestions.
We've changed it to the more forceful wording of
4. All characters need to go through the General Omnipotency Denominator (GOD) Test with a score of 30 or less. While this test is mostly used for fun, it also gives a somewhat quantitative value for your character's powers, weapons and abilities. Characters should NOT score higher than 30 on the God Test.
This would not affect any of our current players as you already knew this to be the rule.
In addition, there has been some discrepancy from the ops about whether a character should be "Under 30" (with 29 as the upper limit) or 30 or less (Including 30 in the upper limit). It should be that characters must be 30 or under.
However, characters with a dead-on 30 have always been scrutinized heavily by the ops, as that often results in playing the numbers to get the highest possible score in the most illogical manner.
